Training for those at 5th Kyu (Yellow Belt) and above.

• This session could include any aspect of Karate (see the training materials to see the different karate techniques and applications).

  Bring a water bottle to rehydrate during the mid-session break.

Those below 5th Kyu (Yellow Belt) wishing to join this session should talk to an instructor.

For those that are taking the grading on the 21st June 2025 the below criteria will be covered in this session:

White – Kata Heian Shodan and Nidan

Yellow – Kata Heian Sandan and Heian Yondan

Orange – Kata Heian Yondan and Heian Godan 

Green – Kata Tekki Shodan and Jitte 

Blue – Kata Tekki Nidan and Empi

Brown – Kata Tekki Nidan and Bassai Dai
