• As we approach our bi-annual grading events you will find classes focused on preparing those looking to take part.

• Bring a water bottle to rehydrate during the mid-session break.

Grading Lesson Plan

For those training towards the next grading in June, this lesson will focus on elements needed for your next grade. The below is based on the grade you are, NOT what you are going for:

• White - Kata (Punches)

• Yellow - Techniques (Punches), Kumite

• Orange - Techniques (Punches), Kumite

• Green - Kumite

• Blue - Kumite
