Kata

Kata is the key to Shotokan Karate, and everything that you do in Karate comes from your Kata. This is why in our gradings Kata are worth over 50% of the final exam mark.

We have instructors that can teach you the 6 Kihon (basic) Kata of Shotokan, (Taikyoku Shodan - Rokudan), all of the 26 Shotokan Kata, and the rarer Shotokan Katas such as Nijuhachiho and Gankaku Sho. And the lesser used Kata Ten-no-kata.
